Latin America has its own gastronomy born of its tradition and cultural origins. Its cuisine is the result of the history of its peoples: a fusion of ethnic, cultural and social elements that make its gastronomic style a mixture of flavors, products, recipes and styles.

Our guest countries are Peru, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil, we invite you to get to know Latin America through its palate. The history and culture of flavor sit on the table.
