About the workshop
When we make Italian pasta it is important to choose the type of pasta we are going to prepare (spaghetti, macaroni, farfalle or fusili, tagliatelle, garofallo, gnocchi, fettucine, ravioli…), but almost as important (or more) is to choose the sauce with which we will accompany it. In fact, it is often the sauce itself that determines the choice of the pasta we are going to cook. That’s why we have decided to hold this workshop to go deeper into the choice of each sauce and the ideal pasta to accompany it. With the help of our Neapolitan chef, Natale, we are going to reveal all the secrets of Italian sauces. We are waiting for you!
Recipes that we will cook:
Carbonara
Amatriciana
Pesto
Each pasta will be cooked with a different type of pasta.
What does the workshop include?
Recipe guide of the dishes prepared in the workshop. Demonstration of cooking techniques and practice of the proposed recipes. The ingredients needed to make the recipes. The recipes may vary according to the season.
How does the workshop work?
At Espai Granada the workshops are dynamic and participative. The participants will prepare the dishes entirely with organic and local products, with the idea of promoting quality, healthy and sustainable food. At the end of the workshop, the dishes are shared in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by drinks (two glasses of wine or two beers are included).
