The sort talks about the experience of its protagonists, Juli Disla and Jaume Pérez, as a homoparental and interracial family. The emotional and vital vicissitudes of her adoption process, a long administrative and judicial journey in order to form a family.

The sort is also a tribute to his son, which can serve as a Life Book in the future.

Through their intimate experience they tell us about diversity, what are the family models, how do we live racial issues, what are the referents, the environment in which minors develop and how politics influences everything this.

The national adoption process can take up to eight years and is not final until the court issues an adoption decision. Adoption has often been approached from conflict or drama. On the one hand, due to the difficulties to which the adopters had to submit and, on the other, due to the environment from which the minors come. It cannot be ignored that behind every adoption there is a previous situation of adversity, but it is essential to avoid stigmatizing positions. After adoption, most children move forward in a positive way, they are happy and they make other people happy. This does not mean that adoption processes are always wonderful stories. They are stories of education and growth.
