The gastronomic summer workshops of Roc35, a revelation for the little ones

For this summer, the multifunctional space Roc35 has organized different courses and gastronomic summer workshops; a unique opportunity for your children to learn the world of cooking from the best teachers and professionals in the gastronomic sector.

At Roc35, the courses and workshops are dynamic and participatory. The participants prepare all the recipes with organic and local products, with the idea of promoting quality, healthy and sustainable food.

 

 

Cooking is Love

 

Age 6-13 years

Week June 27 – July 1st (9:00h – 17:00h)

 

Roc35 and Health Warriors have been actively collaborating for the cause for two years, cooking every week for homeless people and families without resources. Roc35 opens this workshop to the little ones, to immerse themselves in the world of food, focusing on the motivation and the reasons that push them to cook for us and for others. HW friends will explain their work, and we will help them, cooking of course!

The workshop will deal with the elaboration of sweet and savory recipes, as well as essential preparations in the kitchen.

World Cooking

It is already a classic among their workshops. They have scheduled 2 weeks of gastronomic trips to different countries. Japan, Peru, Senegal, Brazil are just some of the stages of their long and surprising gastronomic journey.  Every day, chefs from different countries will teach us the secrets of their gastronomy. The journey begins!

Seasonal Cooking

In this workshop, the youngest members of the family will learn the importance of the natural cycles of food. They will also work on various cooking and plating techniques in order to enjoy all the flavors and benefits that each season offers us with an attentive and conscious cooking.

Did you know that the Roc35 used to be a flour factory? There is no better place to knead, bake and give space to the imagination to create thousands of recipes in a very fun way as only flour allows us to do. Pizza, croissants, bread, cookies, fresh pasta and many more recipes that will make us get fond of this precious food. Ready to knead and eat?
